The 6-Step Framework
This six-step coaching framework helps you move from feeling stuck to feeling confident and capable through steady, practical progress. We begin by building trust and clarity, then focus on small wins that create momentum. As we go, we put supportive systems in place, learn how to adjust without self-judgment, and turn real progress into lasting confidence. The final phase supports you in maintaining momentum independently, with tools you can rely on long term. Typically, clients begin with a 12-week commitment, which provides the time needed to create meaningful change, and may continue coaching beyond that based on their goals and needs.
“You are capable—and we’ll build the conditions that let you prove it.”

"Feel understood, supported, and ready to take your first steps with support."
"Celebrate small wins that prove progress is possible."
"Put simple systems in place to make progress sustainable."
"Supporting, guiding, adjusting and moving forward."
"Confidence grows because it’s earned, not forced."
“This isn’t about doing it alone—it’s about knowing what works for you.”
1
Build the Foundation
The focus is on you. We take time to understand where you are, what feels most important right now, and how you want to be supported. By moving at your pace and listening without judgment, we create a sense of safety, clarity, and trust. This helps reduce overwhelm and allows you to feel supported, confident, and ready to take the next step forward.
2
Find the First Wins
In this phase, we focus on helping you build momentum through little, meaningful progress. Together, we identify tasks that matter to you and work through them with guidance and reflection along the way. Success is defined by what feels achievable and valuable to you—not by outside standards. By taking action, reflecting on what worked, and adjusting as needed, you gain clear proof that forward movement is possible and that change can begin with manageable steps.
3
Build the Systems
This phase involves making life feel more manageable by establishing supportive systems. We introduce simple tools—like task lists, timers, routines, and accountability strategies—that help reduce decision fatigue and make follow-through easier. Everything is added gradually and adjusted often, so the structure works for you rather than against you. With the right support in your environment, daily tasks feel less overwhelming, and you feel steadier, supported, and capable of maintaining progress.
4
Reflect & Adjust
In this stage, you learn how to evaluate what’s working and make changes without guilt, shame, or self-blame. We focus on honest reflection—not perfection—by looking at what helped, what got in the way, and what needs adjusting. Outcomes aren’t treated as failures or successes, but as information. This process fosters self-awareness and problem-solving skills, enabling you to persevere when something doesn’t work, rather than giving up. You gain the confidence to course-correct and keep moving forward.
5
Turn Success into Confidence
During this stage, we focus on turning your real progress into lasting confidence. Instead of relying on positive thinking alone, we reflect on what you’ve actually done—how your habits, language, and stress levels have changed, and what strengths helped you succeed. Together, we identify the lessons and strategies that worked so you can repeat them moving forward. Confidence grows naturally because it’s built on lived experience and proven capability.
6
Sustain the Momentum
This final phase is about helping you carry your progress forward with confidence and independence. Support gradually tapers as you build a personalized toolkit and clear strategies for staying on track. Sessions become less frequent, with the focus shifting to self-direction and long-term maintenance. By this point, you feel calmer, capable, and fully in charge of your continued growth.
